Happy November, City Parish! We’ve got some exciting things coming up that we wanted to remind everyone of…

First Feasts gets even more festive this month with a Thanksgiving theme. Our gracious hosts are preparing Turkey burgers and accoutrements and the rest of us will be bringing our favorite Thanksgiving side dishes. We’re looking forward to seeing all the spreads ranging from tried and true Thanksgiving favorites to long-standing family recipes to the outlying regional traditions (Have y’all ever heard of Texas Caviar?). Anyone/everyone is invited, so spread the word.

The following week, we’ll be getting together for an all-family lunch and meeting. With an ongoing commitment to everyone being discipled and everyone discipling, these meetings will be an important component to achieving that. Our aim is to celebrate what the Lord has been doing, fellowship together, and bring ministry updates/needs before you all for both input and exhortation. PLEASE RSVP by Friday, November 11 so that we have enough food.
